In my first treatment, Alexis quickly identified my areas of concern and sought out my goals for the treatment. She showed me simple measures to improve my upper spine flexibility and reduce my specific back pain, then introduced stretches and exercises to attend to my whole back chain. She also showed me how to establish a proper foot stance and adopt safe postures, both standing and sitting.
She is a very patient listener and understands, with empathy, my fitness hopes and limitations. She is very quick and intelligent, readily demonstrating appropriate strengthening exercises and ensuring that I do them safely and correctly.
